In return, a high number of calories are decreased from our body and body will start utilizing fat and muscle tissue for energy. Carbohydrates cause the release of insulin from our body. If glucose is not available as a source of carbohydrates, the body will start to gain fat add protein energy.
A person won’t even go into a restaurant or fast food chain without having the option of ordering a “low-carb lifestyle” menu.
